  On June 19 we had our 12 year old grey hound put to sleep. It was a difficult time. Not knowing by going here to end one family members pain would we be putting our others life at risk. On June 27 we woke to find our 8 month Pitbull vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. We called and they would not see him and sent us to sister clinic. Upon arrival our 8 month old Pitbull passed away. They tried to save him but couldn't. Come to find out he contracted the Parvo virus. Our dogs had not been outside of the property in over 3 months. The incubation period is 3-15 days. We contracted the virus at the clinic when we put our first family member to rest. Never did I expect to lose children in 8 days. My heart is so beyond broken. The room was not clean the day we put our dog to sleep black hair in corners of room. This is not fair to our family Never again will I go here. Very heart broken.

  Wonderful staff, Dr Mark is a kind and gentle man. Love their partnership with Joliet Animal Control to get pets neutered and adopted! Great extended hours, with morning walk in opportunities.
